This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice is provided by HappyCPAP, Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us,” and “HappyCPAP”). This Privacy Notice explains the types of Consumer Health Data we collect through your use of the HappyCPAP website, mobile website, and any other HappyCPAP products or services that link to this Notice (collectively, our “Services”), and how we may use and share that information.

Pursuant to the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law, and any other applicable Consumer Health Data privacy laws (“Consumer Health Laws”), we generally collect, use, and share Consumer Health Data with your consent or as necessary to provide the Services you request.

In this Notice, “Consumer Health Data” means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an individual and identifies the individual’s past, present, or future physical or mental health status.
